    Though there were some issues with delivery and in-stock availability, I have to say PC Universe made an excellent effort to correct these issues and get my HP 2430tn delivered as quickly as possible. It did mean reaching a manager, but once I did, he was able to get the delivery sent to me overnight, the item I expected, and its up and running at this time, which is what we needed here in the office. I believe there is a positive shift happening there towards serious customer service.

    I ordered an LCD flat panel monitor at an awesome low price. However, that model was out of stock and they sent me an upgrade for the same price and I received it within 2 days of placing my order. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them.

    On 11/20/06 I ordered a Fujifilm Power Adapter for $36.23 with free ground shipping. I was told the item was on backorder but should be in shortly. On 12/1/06 I telephoned PC Universe and changed the Visa account to be billed. Shortly thereafter I received an email advising me that my order was cancelled. I telephoned Customer Service and was told the order was cancelled because they couldnt get the product. When I told the man that as of today they showed 27 pieces in stock he told me that they had to buy them from a different source so they couldnt sell them for the $36.23 and thus cancelled my order but that I could reorder the adapter for $45.16 and it would be shipped. ----- I sent them an email asking that my account number and credit info be deleted from their system.

    Printer stand delivered damaged. Called PC Universe for RMA. Received RMA no. from Customer SVC. Returned item and confirmed recvd into their warehouse. Took too long for a new unit to ship out. Found out incorrect RMA given to me. Customer Svc. reps not well trained. Each call gives a different answer and instructions. Still waiting for warehouse to find returned item.

    Dear survey,I placed my order on Saturday. It was looked at on Monday and shipped. I received my product on Wednesday through regular ground shipping. I consider this good service. The price that I payed was very reasonable. In fact I was surprised that I could get it that cheap. I consider this a good buy.     From now on I will only deal with PC Universe, I found what I was looking for, got a good price, and the service was very good. I was just checking things out on this site and they have every thing I need. In the near future I plan on building a few more computers and this is where I plan on getting my parts. There wasnt a computer store here in San Diego that could match these prices. GREAT WORK PEOPLE!!!!!!!
