    Very pleased with this transaction. Could not find this printer at local retailers, so I turned to the web. After searching several stores on line I happened accross PC Universe. Price was super, store rating was good and they were listed with the BBB, so I placed the order. Two days later my printer was at the door. I dont see any way they could have done any better. Thanks PC Universe !!!!!!

    Site lists products as in stock even though they are not. Thats not acceptable.

    The site was having problems, I tried 4-5 times, gave me time-out errors. I called them on the phone. While they were trying to place the order site responded and I could place it my self. Took 10 minutes from start to end!

    This is the first time I purchased from PC Universe. I chose them because they had a very competitive overnight shipping cost, and I required the product the next day, not just "processed" in one day and shipped the next.I worked with Stacie, and she assured me that the product would be delivered the next day. Sure enough, when I was on the phone with Stacie the following morning to find out the delivery status, the product arrived at that very moment!

    I received credit in my charge account for the product I returned within 3 days of their receiving it although I have not as yet received the shipping charges for returning it

    After searching for your Phone number to contact you, due to problems accessing my account, I eventually came into contact with Chuck, who immediately followed up with the status of my order and provided assistance in clearing up the password problem. Thanks to Chuck, my order was salvaged, as I was about to cancel the order based upon the problems I encountered with the web-site account. I was hestitant to continue doing business with a company I could not contact as instructed.

    I didnt get shipping confirmation and called a few days later. They had 60 pieces of the item in stock and said that they would ship that day for sure and they couldnt understand why it didnt ship. I called 3 days later and it never shipped?? I was told to hold on while the guy went to find an excuse. I cancelled the order. 2 thumbs down. They messed up our delivery schedule and had us sitting around waiting for 10 days.
