    They claim they wont charge you until the item is shipped.I was told over a week ago my item was on backorder.Two days later they billed my credit card.I have still not received a notice of shipment. I also have notreceived my item yet. According to their web page they are showingthat they have nine of my item in stock right now. I havent triedto contact them about it yet, but its not right. They shouldnt have charged me before they shipped my item.

    The ordering process was fine, but it took them 5 days to ship the product. This is too long, especially since they said most in-stock items ship within 24 hours.

    Overall, this is the 2nd time purchase from them. Its good. The only issue from the web site, you cant see your shipping address to update your own information. Since the item was shipped into the wrong street number, lucky I called the post office to confirm delivery.

    very 3rd class service , you guys take all personal information like credit card number , address and email addresses, for the product which you have not in stock and than do not email to the customer about this discountinue product, after two days when i called your office they told me ( reman ) that this product is no more, and by that time you got my cc numbers, and address for nothing.this is my first time and i thought you service is very very 3rd class and dump

    Initally we called in w/ a question about the product we saw online. The salesperson was very knowledgable and helpful. The product was at our door within 24 hours. Excellent experience would highly recommend and will shop their again.
