    I ordered a Marantz SR7002 receiver. They have one of the best prices around and shipping turn around time was super fast! The only draw back is that they are not a certified Marantz dealer which means that the factory warranty is null and void and you need to purchase the Mack 3 yr audio warranty for $59 dollars. I found this after I had ordered and read the policy page. Even with that the price was low. When I called to order the warranty I told them I found them on Price Grabber and I was going to write a good review. Because of this they said they would be sending me a HDMI cable worth $40 for free. Recommend these this site highly!!!!!

    I placed my order on 1/31/2008 and recieved my 32" Sony LCD TV 2 business days later. My TV came in perfect condition and I am very happy with my purchase. My Digital Universe offered me one of the best prices on the net and also the best service. My experience with them was excellent. The staff was so supportive and efficient. Everything went quickly and smoothly and I am now enjoying my TV. I will definitely order from My Digital Universe in the future for all my electronic needs.

    I ordered a Denon 2808 receiver. The product certainly appeared to be a new-in-box product. Shipping was very fast. My billing address and shipping address were different and I accidentally swapped them when I filled in the online form. I noticed it right away and called. The phone was answered in a timely manner and the addresses were straightened out. Definitely would buy from this seller again.

    I was very pleased with the service and understanding of MyDigital Universe. Besides being the competitive on price, they were first class on service. They wanted to make the customer satisfied and did not make any excuses for the package not being on my doorstep! Little did I know, my neighbor was moving to college and loaded up my box on their moving truck. A day later, I got a call and my package was back on the way. Meantime, MyDigital Universe showed me first class service and was ready to send a new item without question despite the rather peculiar sitatution on the delivery! No excuses, just meet the customers expectataions....everytime! Ill be back MyDigitalUniverse!

    I recently purchased a Sony ES STR-DA3200ES receiver from MyDigitalUniverse.com. I thought I would give them a call the next day to see the status of the shipment, and I when I called, it had already shipped! Received it in one day! This was not a refurbished model, but new one for a very good price. Would buy from these guys again!

    This seller offered GREAT communication and service. I called with questions on one item and ended up buying 3 items at a great price. I have already told everyone in my office about this seller and I will definitely buy from My Digital Universe again!!!

    I ordered a Denon AVR 4806 Weds night and the next morning the order was processed completly hassle free and smooth. The best part was they personally delivered it to me Thursday evening. They made sure that everything was in order and that I was extremely satisfied. One of the best customer friendly/service I have ever experienced. More companies should model their service after MyDigitalUniverse.com in this country. I highly recommend them to anyone. It has been a few days since I recieved my order and Im pleased to say that it is brand new as expected factory sealed and works like a charm.
