Beware. I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 Acedemic Edition for a class. Shipping was quick, the package was in good shape. However, in the fine print the software was labelled "Not for US" and therefore was a grey market item not meant for the US market and not supported by Microsoft if used in the US. There was no mention of this in the product listing on their website. Foolishly, I assumed that a product manufactured in the US ,sold in the US by a US company for use in the US would be usable in the US. My mistake. I do not know if this was an intentional omission on their part but I do know I had to pay a restocking fee and shipping costs to return the software, not to mention time wasted. Buyer beware, read the fine print on the packaging before you open it. They did not lie but they did not tell the whole truth either. In the future, I will call before I place an order with any company I do not know well but even that is no guarantee of honesty

2ND OR 3RD time Ive use them. Always good. And I never did this before...but they are enticing me by sending me some free software for doing so. if they actually send it, I will like them even more.
