    Don\t ever order from this company. They have no live person on their phone number and they do not respond to emails. I ordered over a month ago, emailed 3 times now and have no response what so ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! This company should be taken to court, shut down, and stripped of all assets.

    This is the second attempt at ordering with this company, and the same thing happened both times. The money was taken, no shipping information, no product ever arrived. The other reviews are accurate, no way to contact them but by email. I will have to take it to the next level to get my money back.

    Reported this merchant to my bank as FRAUDULENT. I purchased an Adobe Suite package on September 25. Never received a tracking number or shipment notification or the software I purchased. Phone calls to customer service went straight to voicemail and messages never responded to. E-mails also were ignored. There is an \"accounts\" page on the website where you can input your invoice number and check in on the status of your order. My invoice no. came back \"invalid\" after my third or so e-mail when I threatened to report then to my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back. If I could submit a negative rating here, I would. BUYER BEWARE!!

    Apparently they have no customer service staff. Negative review for several reasons:1. I paid $7.99 for \Priority\ shipping and didn\t get the software for 2 weeks.2. Prior to the software arriving, I sent 2 emails and left a voice message to request a change to the order (I realized that I needed something different). Nobody responded.3. After the software arrived, I sent 2 more emails to ask for return instructions, and requested that they waive the return shipping fee because I had already paid $7.99 (even though I paid for the return!). Again, no response.4. I found their physical address on another website and returned the software via USPS with signature confirmation. It\s now been 3 days since they received it and I haven\t received a refund on my credit card or even an email acknowledgement.

    It has been 7 days since I ordered from Ztech. They have yet to ship the item. They do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. There has been no shipping date established. Yet I got a follow up survey about getting the item. This has been a terrible on line purchasing experience. They certainly don\t give you that \"warm fuzzy\" feeling. Buyer beware!!!

    First let me say that there is no customer support as far as responding to e-mails.I did read one review online that this was a business run by a 23 old living in a bedroom of their parents house.I dont know that much, but I know it is a one employee operation after checking the BBB website. Heres where the touble comes in. I had brought a new computer and the 60 day Norton Internet Security 2009 was about to expire. The Norton software that I recd from ztechsoftware is the spanish version. The product key did work and extend for a year, but wont update to the 2010 version because I have the english version on my computer with a spanish product key.If had brought this computer in Mexico or Latin America everything would be ok. I live in the US. As a Norton customer you get free update versions but not in the case. I wish I had brought my Norton from a retail store or the Norton website. Always remember that old saying. "If it sounds to good to be true theres usually a reason"

    Upon finding the ZTechSoftware site I was impressed with the ease of extracting data on the many Adobe suite products to find what was best for me. I choose Dreamweaver CS4 and am extremely happy with it. The service from Ztech was great and their licenseing follow up with Adobe seamless. I would rate this purchase and its process a TEN.SC Lilburn, Ga.

    Getting such a great low price made me a bit nervous and skeptical, but ZTech proved my fears were completely unwarranted! The brand new software arrived very quickly and has worked flawlessly. Thank you for being one of the few software retailers to offer such reasonable prices!
