    this company is a complete fraud, and i cant see why yahoo and price grabber continue to do business with them, these people STOLE my money, to date i have not received my order!! DO NOT BUY FROM BACKUPTAPESONLINE.COM

    This was without a doubt the worst online purchasing experience, period. Buyer beware, I ended up waiting eons for my product to arrive, and it never did. I ended up canceling my order after being lied to about the status of my order a number of times.Don\t expect to find this merchant in the Better Business Bureau. My recommendation, purchase your products anywhere else, and be saved from enormous hassles and grief that are in store for you with these people.Hope this helps.

    DO NOT ORDER from this company. I still have not received my order and it has been almost a month. They are terrible, they have no customer service, and there is no way to reach them except for e-mail or fax. They do not return e-mails sent to them. This is a scam.

    I am very unhappy with the lack of vendor response to this order. I tried to cancel the next day prior to shipping and they did not reply to my emails. I have sent several since then and no replies. They list a phone number on their website which is actually a fax number. So, I faxed my request and again no answer. I want to return my unopened order for a full refund, but there is no way to talk to customer service.
