    A great company to deal with. Notified me every step of the way as the merchandise moved from warehouse to shipping to UPS. Very happy with the product. Will use this store again.

    The webite is very easy to navigate and the prices are very impressive, I would recommend this site to anybody who is as pathologically cheap as I am.

    Very easy and I expect excellent service from this merchant. My order was incomplete; however, Second Act took immediate and satisfactory corrective action. I have not received my extended warranty but I expect to receive the document within thirty days. Im not sure when my card was charged.; however, the amount was correct (unable to delete the typo) .

    My only concern was no security icons to insure my order info was being kept confidental. I am wondering if this is even secure.

    placing the order was relatively easy. I did have problems using a coupon for free shipping of the product I selected. I finally gave up and placed the order with a note to them explaining that I wanted to use that coupon. I also called customer service and left a message but haven\t heard back yet.
