I cant say enough good things about my experience. From the fantastic customer service, to the exceptional shipping, it was a pleasure to deal with them from beginning to end. Not to mention they offered the lowest price around on my TV. You wont be disappointed here, and even if you are, they will make things right.

I cancelled an order and placed it again as I had forgotten a coupon to use. The sales representive helped me out in doing this. Overall the ezperience has been very good

Make a purchase on June 17, 2008 and promise delivery date June 24, 2008. Until now (July 2,2008), I have not received the merchandise. I email and ask why. The Second Act response is "calling SEKO" for delivery and they have nothing to do with DELIVERY. I said WOW. what kind of business they are practicing? Once they charge the money and thats it. They dont care you receive the merchandise or not. I would say NO to this business. I am totally UNSATISFACTORY. I finally call my credit card to cancel the order and put back my money to my card.

Projector in excellent condition. I do need to call about the color sensor. I could not get it to work.

I didnt get my TV.order shows in transit but they didnt ship the TV.After calling the customer service I was told that the TV has been shipped to seko and contact SEKOworldwide.When I called SEKOworldwide I was told that SEKO didnt recieve the shippment. Finally second act told me that they didnt ship the TV but they have charged the amount to my credit card when I place the order.
