I just placed my order, but it seemed to go ok. My only issue was that their menu was not very easy to use. There appeared to be no simple way to browse categories and the search either brought up nothing or 100 things that weren\t what I was looking for. However, the prodcut was $30 cheaper than anywhere else I found it.

Terms and conditions disclamer/agreement is harsh to the point I almost did not place the order. I prefer doing business with more customer service oriented retailers.I have not received the order/package - big dispute - the company representative was rude to me so I am having AMEX try and resolve this problem. I have no package and the company does not give a **** about the inconvenience and delay they cause to the project for which I ordered the merchandise - Yet another horrible company - I feel very much like I am being swindled!!!

I made a purchase from California Computer on 9-26-2008. I had to e-mail them for my order status a week later on 10-01. I received the package on 10-07. The product stopped working on 10-10-2008. I tried plugging it into different outlets just to make sure that the problem was with the product.. I gave them a call on 10-13 to report my problem and the representative told me that they were not responsible for any warranties and that I would have to go through to the manufacturer. At that point I asked for the the information for Monster. They told me that they couldnt tell me anything. Quickly I was told to redirect my problem to a different department via e-mail. I have not heard any response. I tried to call their CS department a few times. No response. So I called their order line where I was quickly helped. When I asked for management I was told that they were in a CS Seminar. Very convenient for them. I am very disappointed with this company and suggest that you shop elsewhere.

ordering was excellent will have to wait for product to arrive, product has still not arrived 2 weeks since ordered but credit card was charged for the product. Credit card company amex will be called shortly to disallow the charge will never order from this company again
