Product was listed as in stock. After waiting 5 days and not having it ship I called only to find out it was not in stock. I therefore canceled the order which they did.

When I placed my order, the website showed the item was instock. I called the next day to verify the order had gone smoothly and was told the item was instock and the order would be processed that day. I later called to follow up on the order and found out the item was not in stock and was on back order. The company did not send me any notice changing the status of the order or do anything to let me know I would not receive the order as expected. Because I needed the camera on a particular day I didnt have time to wait for them to get it off backorder and had to order it through a different company, losing out on a $200 rebate that had since expired. Had I known up front they did not have the camera in stock I could have saved myself a lot of frustration and money!

Way cheaper than everyone else. Saved $1200 x 2 dollars by not paying tax or shipping and less for the items over the quote from my IT company!
