great site,great products, great service. the prices you pay for refurbished items is so less than new and just as good in every way. the packageing may be missing, but the items are well prepared for the trip to your home, and everything i have purchased looks perfect, like no scratches, digs or marks of any kind. thanx for saving me lots of money once again. with shipping and tax charges their price beat out all other sites selling the same product.

So far this has been a great experience, I hope that it finishes just as well.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED THE ITEM AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLYS TO MY MANY EMAILS REGARDING THIS PURCHASE.WHEN I DO I WILL REPLY TO THIS SURVEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as researching products and ordering equipment goes, it is a very friendly site. Im crossing my fingers the GPS unit I bought is just like new and works fine out of the box. If warranty service is needed, Im hoping the manufacturer doesnt give any problems.

I will upgrade this merchants rating when I get my product. I found the site straight forward to use. The reviews of Refurb Depot were very good according to Yahoo! Shopping which gave me more confidence to use a site/company I am not familiar with. Hope this works out well for both of us.

They say most orders are shipped within 2 days. Well it has been 10 days and there is no movement on my order and they send no information to tell me why the order is delayed. Not happy with level of services

The shipping and handling/Insurance was written to me ONLY after processing the buying. It should be CLEARLY established BEFORE placing the order.Also, it would say the arrival time/days of the merchandise.

This is my second order from this company. They are certainly efficient and the laptop I ordered las ttime came in 1 day and was just as described. My grand child loves it !!!
