They had good prices on first rate equipment. A salesperson followed up with a phone call because I made a mistake putting in my zip code. As a result, shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but DealCost did their part just fine.

With the exception of one minor glitch, which was remedied immediately upon raising the issue with the sales department, I was totally satisfied with my purchase experience with DealCost.com. I purchased an HDTV and mounting unit. Products arrived in excellent condition and within the time I was told they would. I will be purchasing another HDTV in the very near future and will definitly be dealing with them again. Theyre not necessarily the cheapest, but their prices are competitive and their customer service is outstanding (clearly worth the little extra you may have to pay over some other Internet company).

8/3 Ordered online.8/5 Got an email asked me to "confirm order".8/5 Called around 4pm PT but the rep cant confirm order; was told I need to speak to THE rep who handles my order. The purpose is "not to upsell products/warranty," but to "know our customer personally." Left home and cell # so the rep can call back between 10am - 4pm PT the next day.8/6 Nobody called; got a 2nd "confirm order" email. Exactly the same as 1st one.8/6 Wrote back asking to use the email as my confirmation. Left #s again. I said if no one calls or if email cant serve as confirmation, Id consider order cancelled as its too much headache.8/7 Got the 3rd "confirm order" email, exactly the same as 1st & 2nd. 8/7 Called and talked to a rep, not sure if hes THE one. Confirmed order; was told the delivery will be 10 - 21 business days.So - If you wont be bothered by slow processing/delivery, lack of communication and failure to call/email back, you can order from DealCost. Ill never do it again

Great seller I bought a Plasma from DealCost.com and I had a great experience with them after talking to one of there sales reps I was very happy about the product I was buying because i got a much cheaper price on the Plasma then i would have in the retail stores plus I also got an extended warranty that I was originally going to buy for my plasma and i also paid much less then i would have paid for it in a retail store thank you DealCost outstanding job This was my first purchase with them and definetly not my last.
