    what an awesome site--your salesperson was instrumental in my purchase decision--i ordered a refurbished laptop and if it wasnt advertised as refurbished you would think it was new--thanks for such a great site--i am going to refer many others to you--keep up the great service A+++++++++++

    Great retailer to deal with. Called first...wow someone actually answered the phone, you dont get that much anymore. Then I turned around 3 times and my order request was here..... Well, it was quick and very convenient. Will definitely check here first from now on.

    I ordered a nc6400 hp laptop that was selling for $949.99. The specs online said it had T7200 2Ghz, DVD Burner, and 80GB hard drive but I got a laptop that had T5600 1.8Ghz, DVD-ROM (no burner) and 70GB. When I called them they said that is the one I ordered and the rep told me some nonsense that they had marked up the price for the one I had ordered (he was not making any logical sense and was playing me for a fool). He was saying the one I ordered for $949 with dvd-burner was no longer on the website but it still was. He clearly was lying. He then said they had not updated the web site yet but it is still there after a week. After arguing with him for a few minutes that I have been ripped off and said I will report you to better business bureau he finally agreed to give me a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are CROOKS and LIARS. On their site a nc6400 with 1.8gz is $100 more than a 2ghz model eventhough the rest of specs are identical. They couldnt answer why that is.
