    When I placed this order I chose Basic shipping at $4.99. When the order was placed they showed Expedited shipping for a charge of $6.95. There was no way to change the order that I can find. I was OVERcharged by $1.96 through NO fault of my own.

    Ordering was fine, but when my product arrived it did not include the necessary rebate information. I contacted the company three times by e-mail stressing that the deadline for submitting the rebate request was near. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. The deadline is now past, and I appear to have no recourse; I am stuck paying full price.I will not be inclined to use this merchant again.
