    Our production office orders from Nyetex quite often. Anytime we need any equipment, software or advice - Nyke the owner is there to help us with suggestions and recommendations for our personal & office requirements. Weve been happy with with all of our purchases and if we ever have any questions about our purchase they accommodate us as best as they can. If they dont have an item in stock theyll do their best to find it for you as soon as possible. More importantly, Nyke is super friendly and considerate - a very important factor for us in deciding where we spend our money.

    Nyetex always has the quantity I need at a competitive price. I can not have any complaints. The customer service is great and friendly. In todays world you dont get too many people that actually call you back but this company does. Keep up the good work!

    I always go into the store because its close to the office. Nyke is always professional and helpful. If he doesnt have what I need in stock, he will always get it for me by the next business day. I buy all my computer needs from him.

    The prices were great. I called to ask for more info on the Drive. They were very helpful on the phone and directed me towards this product. Im extremely happy with my shopping experience. I highly reccomend Nytex to anyone making an online purchase!

    Im very impressed. The personal attention, the fast service. Wow. I ordered this item from a different vendor who promised it would be shipped that day. Wrong. Three and half weeks later I have not received it. Within 2 hours I have a tracking number from Nyetex. Im a happy camper!

    Great customer service and the people are actually friendly. After the first time ordering and the quality of service I got I knew I would be returning. In an unrelated case, I have recently been experiencing problems with buying items on-line. I call to confirm that the merchant has the item I need to buy, they say yes and then a week later I still dont have it and when I call they say they have run out. I have never had this problem with Nyetex. I call confirm stock and if they dont have the quantity I need they call their supplier and call me back with in an hours with an answer, not days. My items are shipped fast and packaged well. I get my items within a week if I chose ground and Im in Pennsylvania.
