    They said samething was in stock and then took the product off their site days after my order! I ordered a new Intel SAS X25-M and it said they had 8 in stock. But contrary to my expectations, my order was listed as ETA (their way of saying they\re waiting for shipment from manufacturer). Days later, no shipment, still ETA, and they still said they had 8 in stock. Soon after, the product page completely disappeared, redirecting to their homepage! Did they notify me about what was going on at any point? NO! I called and cancelled my order, which thankfully was really easy, so good for them!

    i placed an order for two video cards. they called within hours to inform me there was a two week lead time on that card. I was happy they called so quickly so I can change my order!

    I had bought a PNY graphics card, got a great price and am awaiting my rebate. I ordered, I waited, UPS rang my bell and I\m happy.

    Sucks!! Don\t buy here! Complete waste of time! Showed item as in stock, did not ship, did not advise via any method that item was waiting to be stocked. Apparently this the rule rather than the exception with this vendor, very Cheeeesy! Customer service was terrible: phone lines sucked, cut me off, and use third party offshore call centers. Save money, time and frustration, go elsewhere!

    Machine came reasonably fast. Arrived in good condition despite a hole punched through the box. Printer works OK so far. Im satisfied with the purchase.

    BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Advertised a comperable low price with below average shipping (except those that advertise \"free\"). Placed the order, received a phone call next day stating that shipping would actually be $195 not $30. \"It\s not my fault, if you can get UPS to ship it for that price we\ll still sell it for that.\" BS! canceled my order, never use them again.

    Their service was great - my memory was on back order and they called to keep me informed every step of the way! These guys were great and I\m happy to do business with them.
