    Recently I purchased a Panasonic PT-AX200-U from Visual Apex. I am a repeat customer since my past experience with them was good. I did a fair amount of research and found that they had the best price and free shipping. They processed my order and provided a tracking number within hours. The next day, I received my order in perfect condition. Im in Portland, so its relatively close, but still that blew me away. They are professionals and great to do business with!

    Very Clear and Precise. I was glad there was a video describing Visual Apexs customer service policies and this helped to sway me in my decision. So far so good.

    I shopped and shopped and read and read and called and called. After talking and reviewing countless projectors and companies, I decided on using Visual Apex. And I am so glad I did!!! Real live people that know their stuff! What a novel idea in business. They have great service, are spot on on pricing, and you never know when you will need a real live person to help!! P.S. They have smokin prices on cables!

    Smooth processing. I also liked how they displayed items that may be of interest to me base on the item that I was purchasing. One of the item was exactly what I wanted, plus it was on sale. Rebated and special offers were automatically applied.

    Called a sales rep before ordering and they were very helpful. Site is a tad busy in terms of text size and random graphics placement, making navigation more cumbersome. No real complaints, though!

    Great, well-informed staff, very helpful and patient. Excellent service and web site. Glad I found them. The TV arrived within the published time frame but the box was damaged and not delivered in the required condition and the deliverer was neither knowledgeable nor particularly helpful. I called Visual Apex and they urged me to reject delivery and immediately put in a replacement order. The biggest frustration on the website is that it takes at least 2 business days for them to put up tracking info.
