only negative is a delayed response for paypal order. Would be much better to go directly to paypal prior to order completion, like other retailers.

Just placed order. The plasma I ordered was not in stock, but I was aware of that when order was placed. Spoke with Brian in Sales and he was very helpful.

Extremely satisfied! In June I ordered a Panasonic AX200U LCD projector from Visual Apex. Everything went smoothly and the projector arrived on time and in great condition. Communication via telephone and email is excellent. Never a long wait. Staff is polite, well informed, and provides a high level of technical advice. Prices are the best I found after several weeks of shopping. If you are looking for a company where customer satisfaction and price come together, look no further. Visual Apex is the absolute best of them all for your A/V purchases.

I purchased a Epson Home Cinema 720 from Visual Apex and the prices were the best and the service they provided was as good as any I have experienced. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them.

This was my first order with Visual Apex and I placed the order online and after a call to check my details, the order was shipped next business day. When Fedex found my door locked, I got a mail from Visual Apex about the attempted delivery at my place and that the next attempt will be the next day. The item was packed very well and I had a wonderful experience overall. I was also advised in a phone call later that I should call them if I had a any service related issues with the projector.

I spoke with Jim in the sales department for quite some time before finally placing my order for the Sanyo PLV-Z2000. He was both patient and knowledgeable. After explaining some of the more salient features of the projector, he walked me through the rebate process. Jim even helped me pick out the best mount for the projector! In an era trending towards more technology and less human interaction, it was refreshing to get such great service from an online vendor. Thanks VisualApex.com!

I have purchased from them before and never hesitated about a second purchase. Having to call to get a price and to order the product was annoying at first, but after speaking to their salesman, I was reassured that they know their business and products. I was expecting pressure sales to buy additional items, etc. That was not the case here and I appreciate them for that.
