    First of hopefully many transactions with Barcode Giant. The customer service rep was helpful and followed up when there was a chance of the product not being working as I anticipated.

    On the received product was written: "For sale only in the Americas", but it was not mentioned at order time.Placing the order it was not possible to calculate in real time shipping charges outside US. Shipping charges calculation was notified by email after few days.Shipment charges very expensive (much more than competitors).

    When I received products one of cable is missing. I had to wait for another four more days. Bad thing is I had to pay again.it should be free.
