Placed order and was charged for it that day. Was called 2 days later to be told both items I ordered were not in stock. Canceled order for 1 and took substitution for other. The credit I was due took 4 days shy of a month to get back to me. Never again will I order from them and Price Grabber should remove Egoodz from their system to avoid association with this crooked company.

Ordered item listed as in stock. No it wasnt. Decided to cancel order which was done over phone took 10 minutes. Waiting for refund 2 weeks. Wrote them an e-mail asking wheres my refund? Recived reply next day stating that refund was transfered to Paypal account. Problem - did not use Paypal to purchase item, but checked my Paypal account anyway. No history what so ever of refund in my Paypal account. They sent it to someone elses account. Sent e-mail to egoodz stating the problem have yet to hear back from them. Checked them out on BBB they have an " F " rating. Wonder why! I will never use them again and will advise others the same.

I placed an order over a week ago the 5th. They charged my card the next day. They mail me informing about the order and it says orders are ship in 24-48 hrs. 9 days later the status still says To Be Processed. I email them, no anwer, I call them get a busy signal or no answers. After that my order has been canceled. Money have not returned yet. This happens to a lot of people, completely unacceptable. I shouded read the ratings. I do not recommend anybody to deal with this outfit.

Did not receive the product even though it was listed "In Stock" and had great difficulty getting my money back (I still working on it). Stay away!!!

I placed an order over two weeks ago. They charged my card the same day. One week the status still says To Be Processed. During one week I call them, I either get a busy signal or no answers the phone.After two weeks order has been canceled.Money have not returned till now. This is completely unacceptable.I do not recommend anybody to deal with them.

I ordered a mobo from this outfit and immediately called to upgrade my order for which they were happy to accept an additional amount of $20.99 indicating that the item would be shipped out as a replacement for the original mobo.The level of Customer DIS-service at this company is phenomenal. I called on at least 8 occasions and was finally told that they did not have the motherboard that I wanted but that they were expecting it soon. I called again one week later to ensure that they had shipped the right mobo and was informed that everything was OK. Well... they shipped the wrong part. Several phone calls later I they finally agreed to refund the additional charge, but have not done this as promised. I made at least 10 calls to this company and have still not resolved the issue. One star is harsh but the experience is the worst Ive had with any Internet site. It took more than three days for my Order Status to change from "In Process" to "Backordered" for the Motherboard I ordered, though the product was listed as "In Stock" at the time I placed the order.Getting through via the Toll Free number was very difficult. The line was frequently BUSY, and once I did get a ring through the first time I was sent to voicemail. First two emails inquiring as to order status went unanswered, it was the VM message that ultimately put me in contact with an agent at the company who then helped me cancel the order. It is now 7/21/2008 however, and Ive lost a week of time screwing around with this company.I would not recommend doing business with this drop-shipper, there are plenty of other companies out there who can provide the close to if not the same exact deals you can get here and with whom you will no doubt have a better overall experience.
