    Super Fast Shipping! I ordered the printer on 12/13, and it arrived at my door the morning of 12/16. The item is a Christmas gift so I cant comment on any other issues to this point, but will advise if I experience any problems after checking the item. Would do business again, very pleased so far! THANKS!

    I returned this item and the company refuses to refund my money. I have called several times and was assured each time that I would get a refund but I have not. Beware.

    This is the second print server ordered within one week, as the first one did not work at all right from the start. I did receive full credit for the return of the bad first unit, but I had to pay the return shipping charges. That was the only bad part. Credit to my account was applied within the six weeks as promised. D-Link tech support was helpful. Customer service at techonweb.com was good, all business-like. Recommended still!
