Customer service at eWiz.com is horrible. Ordered a power supply from them but computer wouldnt boot. Had tested & supply was defective--still showing power after power cord disconnected! Returned for replacement. After about 6 weeks, received a replacement. This replacement didnt supply power to all leads & cooling fan didnt come on. Got another RMA# & requested refund instead of replacement this time. Waited about a month & called to inquire about refund. Was told refund had been cancelled due to too much time had passed. Instead, they were going to send yet another of the same power supply! This one probably wont work either! Already purchased a different power supply in anticipation of receiving refund from eWiz.com. Now have power supply (probably defective) that I do not need. eWiz.com wont sells defective products & wont stand behind those products when purchaser requests refund. BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EWIZ.COM!

I have ordered several times from this merchant with no problems. Their prices are good, shipping is fair, products are as advertised. Ship time is 7 days because they are in California and we are in S. Florida.
