    I have a problem with UPS delivery, because they take the pack into the deck after the hotel normal time. And it was very dificult to find it there.

    Great web site. Glad I found it. Was notified the product I ordered was out of stock and was given the option to cancel or replace with a similar item. I chose to cancel and order elsewhere but I wouldnt hesitate to go back to HIDEF for future needs.

    A little communication glitch at first was handled well by the vendor, responded to question quickly and made me very happy. I would use HIDEF Lifestyle again.

    Shipping was fast, and as expected. Credit card charges Im not sure of yet. I have yet to receive my statement, however, I do not expect any surprises. I have yet to receive the extended warranty I purchased. It is not unusual for that paperwork to take a week or so to show up after the merchandise, depending on the seller.

    I had a problem with my credit card. I called them and I didnt even have to wait in a call que. He fixed it instantly. I got my flat screen 2 days later via ground. Aswesome customer service.
