    Ordered correct item, but incorrect item was received (order acknowledgement and packing slip correct), but incorrect item was shipped. All attempts at contacting (phone, problem submission, RMA request) Flash Memory Store have NOT received any response when all the information on the web site says that responses will be within 24 hours..

    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this website. I was turned to it by a friend and we both think the prices are great! We have a best buy and target near the house and the prices are just unbeatable. We both only get our stuff through Flash-Memory-Store.com

    It asked me twice for my credit card information, and that scared me... also, I kept going back to ad the insurance on this item and it never showed. I finally had to put in my credit card again and get out before I got asked for my credit information again. Should be more precise on its check out area. Also, I sent an e-mail asking a question, and they never responded. I\m buying it because I need it soon, and just can\t spend more time shopping around for it.
