    I like the fact they have my brand ink and at such a discount price. beats Costco anyday!Poor ratings are listed because I haven't recieved my shipment yet, no reflection on this merchant just couldn't put anything else now I cant take them off. I still like them and would like another chance to update this when I get my order, please. denise

    My thoughts so far is that the on-line order process is excellent, but I am re-ordering sooner than expected because the prior order contained defected cartridges for the black ink cartridge. I have an appropriate restock or replenish level, but because of the defected ink cartridge I must order extra to keep on hand in case of another defective cartridge.
