  products were easy to find..especially smaller accessories I need for mounting the GPS unit...items backordered...b ut no update from company because order had already been sent to warehouse. shipping not yet occured..they offered to cancel order but I've already waited for weeks

  I have not received my item. It stated that it was in stock when I odered it. Now they tell me its going to take more than 2 weeks. Even if I go to the website now, the items shows it is in stock. Very bad service.

  I have NOT received this yet and was told via email it shipped on 5/5, nearly a week ago! Yet I bought something from across the country a couple days later and had it shipped "regular" and that arrived last week in 3 days

  There should be at least a shipping information guide or estimate. Instead one is lead to assume that there are no shipping charges until at checkout
