    I ordered a new breadmaker. I received a broken, scratched, dirty used breadmaker. Enough said, I will never order from beach audio again. I ordered two items from them in the past year, and had problems with both.

    First met Beach Audio through Amazon. Decided to duplicate my initial order a few days later and Amazon took me to another retailer that stuck it to me with shipping. No way! Went direct to Beach Audio, good price and execellent shipping terms.

    I recived a defective product, however, this merchant was very helpful to take it back with free shipping. I am very impressed their customer service ( Danie) and would like to re-order it again.

    My shopping experience with Beach Audio has been very gratifying, after having a humiliating shopping experience with a very prominent national retailer online. My order with Beach Audio arrived in just three business days.That prominent national retailer had the item I wanted, but could not accomplish the delivery of my order in a timely manner and later had an item availability issue. After this irritating disappointment, I searched online and found a better featured model of the item I wanted by the same product manufacturer for practically the same price and a shorter shipping interval than the prominent national retailers merchandise, at www.BeachAudio.com. BEACH AUDIO is very clearly a Five Star business with great merchandise at great prices, a caring professional staff, and excellent customer service and support!
