    The price was great and I'm hoping it is received by the date they state. If so, I think this could be a site I use frequently in the future.This was a great purchase. will use them again!

    The ordering was a snap- fantastic price; nearly $200 less than all of the other stores, even those touting low price guarantees were only offering this for 3 cents to 5 dollars of MSRP!...I was very disappointed when I opened the package and it looked like somebody else had already opened it. The manufacturer's packaging had appeared to have been opened and re-taped. The Styrofoam inserts were grimy and rather beat-up looking for something that was supposed to be new. If this was really a refurbished unit, that fact was well hidden on the website. I have returned it for a refund, but I am annoyed that I have to pay $41.55 to return the item. Truth is, if the item had functioned properly, I probably would have kept it. If this was a defective unit that was returned to the seller, it should have been clearly identified as such. If it was shipped by the manufacturer in that condition, too bad for B&H. I am not likely to buy anything online from this merchant again.

    Great experience so far, now, I need to judge the delivery time and packaging received.Package delivered as promised, a slit cut on the item box at received but nothing damaged inside. Overall good experience.

    Whether I buy here or not, I always use the site for reference, reviews and price checks. Kinda like the Kely Blue Book of camera gear.
