    Easy to shop and order, however, cover did not fit the laptop. Unfortunately, in the process of returning. I'll let you know how that goes once I've received my credit. They really should have emphasized the specific laptops that the cover will fit as opposed to just advertising the 13" Macbook because it is only made for some...:( Good experience turned disappointing...

    Cancelled my order as fraudulent simply because I ordered 2 computers shipped to another address. Did not attempt to contact me but sent an email stating that they did. When I made phone contact, refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

    Order was extremely quick to ship. Excellent response time on customer service.However, I ordered 2 picture frames and only one came with the hardware to hang the picture. I asked for TheNerds.net to ship me the missing hardware and they stated that I would have to ship both frames back to them first and they could replace it. I offered to order 2 more frames and asked for them to place one extra set of hardware with my new shipment and they refused. It is not worth my time or money to send two large frames back in the mail just to receive them again with the hardware that I already purchased. I will not do business with again which is a shame because I was very happy with the service with the exception of the refusal to ship the hardware that I purchased.

    We bought TV stand AVSC 2121 via thenerds.net two weeks ago. We got what we ordered and they shipped very prompt. In general, we satisfy with Thenerds.net and TV stand quality. Recommended to friend!

    We needed to receive this item ASAP. We signed up for the expedited rush processing and The Nerds knew we needed it this week via a phone call and actually rush shipped it to us. What a breath of fresh air this company is. We will definately do business with this merchant again. Kudos to TheNerds
