I was extremely pleased with the ordering and shopping process. We found the site via Price Watch and Global Micros ad showed "free shipping with Web order" but we were charged $13.50 for shipping charges. This is false advertising. Very disappointing.

Global Micro really helped me out . I had two other companies fall down on me for some particular hard drives that i needed for my network ... They had the drives and took the time to answer all of my questions .... I order the drives late and I begged them to get the order out today ... The rep told me that both trucks left but that he would drop it of at the fedx station tonight if I needed it tomorrow .. Great Service !!! I will continue to buy from them anytime I need a drive .

The sales agent who helped me was very knowledgeable about the item I ordered. The order shipped the next day (I was provided a tracking number via phonecall and email). Item arrived in 2 days and was packed very well. Shopping with them was very easy. Will recommend them to friends and definitely buy from them again.

I never received the order. I e-mailed them (no reply) and then called a few days later. I was assured that the Adaptec AHA-2940UW controller card would be shipped immediately. That was over two weeks ago. I still do not have the card. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. CHECK GOOGLE GROUPS FIRST AND YOU WILL SEE WHY.

Order was cancelled. I deduced (they never answered my mail asking whether the drive was new or refurbished) the unit was refurbished and they never mentioned it.
