    Extremely competitive prices (one of the cheapest).Excellent customer service all around (they give you a personal call to confirm the order, and answer in person all questions you may have, very helpful). Treats me like Ive just order something costs $2000, though I bought 30 bucks of stuff.Ships very fast, arrive fast.

    Great service and my products all arrived together. Everything shipped free and Sweetwater sent me an email and called me to verify my order. I could not ask for better customer sevice. I will order from them again for sure!

    Sweetwater did a great job. I realize some people who wrote reviews had a very bad experience, but mine was outstanding. All the times I have ever ordered anything online, I have never had a company representative call me within 5 minutes of placing the order to tell me my item was in-stock right then and that it was about to be shipped!Awesome! Prices looked very reasonable overall when compared with other websites. I will order from them again.

    I have purchased several high end outboard processors from Sweetwater over several years. The first order was satisfactory, but subsequent service worsened. One item arrived without a manual. The next, an expensive multi-effects purchased later, failed to boot. The VERY helpful manfacturers service resolved the problem: a processing chip was not fully seated. This means that SWEETWATER did NOT TEST THE ITEM BEFORE THEY SENT IT. So much for their vaunted controls. Doubtful if they test anything until they receive customer complaints. Telephone service varies with the ambitions of their salesperson. One fellow insisted on offering me the most expensive in a digital reverb category; another insisted on the kind of cables they had in stock, not necessarily the best. Supposedly experts on the gear they sell, they were unable to answer a question on an older item (theirs) and told me to "fend for myself". Business with Sweetwater is risky; better prices also elsewhere.

    I have order from Sweetwater 3 times this year. The orders arrive fast and the shipping is always free no matter how large or small the order. Sweetwater includes candy (like Sweet Tarts and / or other candies with the shipment). You can use Bill-Me-Later to purchase your order(s) on credit without using a credit card. The selection of products is not as large as other companies such as Musicians Friend. Sweetwaters Sales Technicians are very professional and courteous. I will purchase from this company again and also recommend it to a friend.

    After getting hung up and transfered to a few different extensions and not being answered, I was very fed up. Then a rep. called me to take care of everything. Sounded like a nice guy but was very annoyed that the receptionists didnt care to hear what I wanted but just kept tranfering me to different extensions not knowing if the rep. was by his desk. I am unhappy with what I purchased becuase the saleman sold me a pedal which is specified for a guitar, not a bass. I did tell him which model bass I was using and which amp I was using. I want to exchange it for a standard pedal tuner. I am suppose to ship it to them and pay for the shipping because there product was misrepresented which is unsatisfactory to any customer. I am waitin on my bass hard case was told 2-2 1/2 weeks, well find out when that gets here on my updates. I will also update it when I receive my new pedal back. Second pedal was lost in shipment. Hard case was used and sold as new. STAY AWAY!

    Are you kidding me??? These guys are awesome. Never have I had an online purchasing experience like this before. Best price on the merchandise found through extensive searching (including popular online auction site)with free super fast shipping. About five minutes after placing the order I received a phone call from a customer service rep. letting me know that my order was ready to ship and how much they appreciated my business. Two days later I received the great merchandise and a follow up phone call by the same rep. to make sure everything was copesthetic, which it was. I have since ordered twice more from them and will purchase all my guitar stuff from them from now on. THEY ROCK!!!!

    Sweetwater had the best price on the soft-synth I wanted, and the free shipping made a great deal even better. (I then contacted a few of the "we will beat any price" places--none of them even responded with a counteroffer.) An initial e-mail inquiry to Sweetwater was answered within minutes, and the item shipped the same day as ordered--free--and was on my doorstep two days later. The product was as advertised. Hard to beat service like that. Ill try Sweetwater first next time I need music studio supplies.

    Bought two items. Sweetwater was the best price with free shipping that I could find. Ordered it midnight on Friday and received it Monday after work (regular shipping!) - super fast! Was skeptical because not enough reviews about sweetwater but theyve surely earned my business.
