    I was told the next day the item shipped as long as it arrives in a timely manner this site was great. Im stationed Overseas with the US military and I ordered this pretty much last minute for a vacation the camara arrived in 8 days from the day I ordered and in perfect time for my vacation. The camra worked great for the whole trip I absolutly recommend J&R.

    I needed more info on the product and I contacted the merchant via the 800 number, customer service rep. (Sam) was very helpful in giving the info I needed. Overall I was very satisfied with dealing with this merchant.Marie

    except for the total amount not being correct, the website operated fine. One note for the store owners though, Id like a little bit better selection. I look to sites like cnet.com and audioholics.com for what products to buy, but J&R never seems to carry the models Im looking for. Im in the process of spending about $4000 on my home theater, and the only product im able to find at J&R is the power conditioner linked to this survey.

    J&R has an excellent customer service department. I had to have my order shipped ASAP and J&R did everything in their power to process and have the product shipped by the end of the day. You guys plain and simple ROCK. Thanks J&R and I will be using you guys as my main source of online shopping in the near future.

    Excellent merchant. Have purchased form before and always get quick shipping with prompt notice and tracking number. Quality products and reasonable prices. Customer service is great to deal with - I got instant service instead of long wait on hold and rep was in U.S., not foreign country.
