    Your warnings on Open Box items not having all the cables, etc. needed to be functional scared me off from ordering one item. Also the address check feature showed my shipping address was not verified and that I needed to call Cust Service, which I didi. They told me to ignore this message and to submit the order anyway. That address verification feature should not be included if your service people say it should be ignored.

    It seems that every seller on pricegrabber including new egg has their own rules about shipping to FPO/APO addresses. The problem is that they wait till the very last moment after you have spent the time to enter the shipping/billing information to tell you that they are going to charge you ?? extra dollars to ship to FPO/APO addresses. Had I known this from the beginning I would have spent my time looking elswhere rather than filling in my info. It might not be a big deal to some but it irritates me.

    New Egg seems easy to use. I wish I could do rush processing but I have different billing and shipping addresses
