    I PLACED THE ORDERS ON OCTOBER 1ST, AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND NOBODY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW.AFTER I CALL SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE TO PAID EXTRA FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING, AFTER THAT ITS ALMOST A MONTH AND I DIDNT RECEIVE THE ORDERS.

    I appreciate the website, lots of easily accessible information. Both times I called and talked to representatives they were very friendly and helpful. This transaction was overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I had a difficult time tracking this package, and though I tried 3 times, I was never contacted back by the expedited shipping dept. at Comparemaster. Although the people on the phone were friendly and seemingly helpful, they never contacted me regarding shipping. I received the package a day later than the shipping I paid for.

    Everything worked the way it is supposed to. I would prefer that they not hold onto the ship to information, however, as I purchase for many different people and ship to locations all over the country. Same with credit card info as I use three different credit cards for my purchases.

    Due to a typo that I made the order I entered was screwed up. I ended up talking with three very nice and understanding sales people who helped me resolve the problem at no cost to Compare Masters or me.
