Tiger Direct is great to use except for their rebates. If they could start reducing the amount of rebates they have, I would use them even more.

BEST ON-LINE STORE ON THE NET a little disappointed that when i found i had miss ordered some parts only a few minutes after my order i was told that i could not change it because it had already been shipped. I belive in fast shipping but i dont belive it went out that fast!

I had so much of a trouble with the consultants because, not every one provides the same information..i placed an order first and when i called regarding that they say that the order is rejected and i ahve to place the order again...but later came to know that it is not rejected and my amt in the bank is put on hold aahh..its bad

buying the product with a gift card was more difficult than it needed to be.My order sat in a "pending review" state for 1.5 days before being approved and shipped; and at least 1 day to the amount of time it took to receive the product after ordering.
