    JRs has an especially talented, professional and intuitive ordering department. I ordered the wrong item, sent an email requesting to switch to another model, and they handled everything, cancellation and reordering the correct camera without me doing another thing. Not many businesses could handle that without it involving several annoying steps that might still leave you wondering. I think these folks are the best!Later: Now that I have my new camera, I can repeat that the entire process was a great testiment to shopping online. I got a great price, wonderful service and fast, reasonable delivery. JRs is truly a Super Merchant.

    my order was delay a few days because the date of espire of my credit card was writed in a wrong way for your company. I had to call you a lot of times in order to know waht was hapennig, After that UPS delivered my order in a wrong place and somebody in your office told me that I should claim directly to UPS even when i didn´t choose them. Besides the claim would be solved until 19th: a lot of time even when I told to the customer service that I have to travell before this date and I needed the laptop before.

    My experience with J&R was a lengthy one...It took over 6 days to process my order due to credit card verifications, I was very annoyed but understand the measures taken were necessary to process my order.

    Everything went smoothly except for payment. In my opinion it took far too long for item processing before my package was sent out. I was waiting for over a day before J&R took my money. Ive been on sites that have taken much longer but the majority of sites Ive done business with are much faster. Newegg and Amazon stick out as great examples when it comes to sending your purchase quickly. I even do business on ebay faster. Normally this isnt something Im particularly finicky about but in this case it was. If I purchased an item before 5:00 PM and wanted overnight shipping I would expect to have the package at my house no latter than the next morning. If I were paying that much for shipping and had to wait for over a day on processing I would find another place to shop. Other than this everything was great. J&R had the lowest price on the net, and thats what I base 90% of my decision when buying an item.

    When we lived in the City, we would always shop in J&R. Now that we moved out of the City we still shop at J&R. Its a store we trust for great products and always a good price.
