    I would have liked to have used my Discover Business card on this transaction.The website indicated to expect up to 4 weeks for availability of this drive, but it arrived a few business days after the order, which was actually a pleasant surprise.

    This is a fantastic site, easy to navigate and a wide selection of products. Did I mention great prices? Well, they are. Excellent customer service as well. This is the second time I have bought from nowdirect.com and you can bet I will be back again the next time i need a component for my PC or laptop.

    So far they had what I wanted and claim to have it in stock. The ordering process was smooth, and I was surprised at the shopping cart system that they are using...nice. I was automatically signed up with an account with Now Direct durring the purchase, and was given the ability to save addresses and credit card information if I so chose. Very nice; if the rest of the purchase goes as smoothly, I am very willing to use them again in the future.

    The website is clean and easy to navigate and the emails I occasionally get by choice from them have a lot of neat things at killer deals.
