Placed an order of an item, appeared to be in stock, got the confirmation email. An hour later, apologies -- its not in stock. But it only took an hour, so you dont get 1 star.

The shipping rate doesn\t work. You have to order first not knowing the real costs.I hope I can cancel the order if it\s too expensive!

I received a great Powerbook that has been flawless since purchase. Additionally, her technical support team helped me in setting up my machine properly.
