My new Monitor was shipped (free) the next day and delivered on time. I would use FuturePowerPC again and recommend that others use FuturePowerPC.

First I would like to say that I originally ordered my item online and that went very smooth. When I called the toll free number to ask a question after it was already ordered and shipped it was then I was unsatisfied with their telephone customer service. The person was rude and ignorant about the product. Told me all the info I need was in my email and hung up on me. Needless to say I was concerned whether this was a legit company or not. Quite frankly your customer service people need some very serious training. They act as if I was wasting their time! The package arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I order at a good price so in that I am very pleased. But please do something about your customer service people!!!!

Futurepowerpc put a camera on their website at a very low price. I placed the order online and gave my credit card and received the invoice. After being asked to call them for fraud protection, the rep told me that they will not sell it to me at that price and thus my order was being cancelled. I was offered to buy the camera at a special discounted price that was higher than the new price listed on the website (they had since caught their error). The rep was very rude and was making me out to be a rip-off artist - simply because I placed an order with them.I am very disappointed in this company - with all the good reviews, I thought the experience would be different. I would only recommend buying from this company if you want to only pay full retail.

Prices are generally unbeatable; even made a call to inquire about another part & the sales person knew right away what I was asking & I received my answer swiftly; took very little time to receive the part I ordered; three happy experiences on three orders!

smooth and somewhat fast processing everything was pretty much good like what was stated before they need to a little better job in packaging other than that i would buy from them again
