    The explanation of the easy payment (to my knowledge) didnt inform me that orders couldnt include scratch and dent/reduced price items. Other than that, I was very pleased with this process!

    Ive been buying from AMS since the early 90s, and even without the internet back in those days it was easy to order and get what I wanted at the best prices and shipped FAST! The Easy payment plans are the biggest reason I have been buying from them for almost 20 years. I set my limit to around $1,000.00 every time so the 3 payments arent rediculous. I cant even count how many Korg synths/kbs Ive bought from them, same goes for JBL speakers. Packaging is top notch and customer service goes above and beyond. I have a friend who had a bad power supply with his keyboard. AMS shipped him another Korg before he even sent the faulty one back! Now THAT is service! They know us musicians need their daily fix of playing :) About to jump on the 16 track digital recorder from Fostex as well as add the microKorg to the mix, AMS will no doubt satisfy me again. -Aaron H.-

    The item I ordered was more than 50% off the list price. It was supposed to be a scratch and dent, but the only part of it that was scratched and dented was the box. It was perfectly new in every way and they shipped it for free!

    An Item I wanted wasn\t in stock, so I left it out of my purchase. It\s been out of stock for awhile.Other than that, shopping at American Musical over the years has been a great experience.
