    This is the third order Ive placed with this merchant. Each time the price has been good, the ordering process went smoothly and the item was delivered promptly. I havent had any problems or tried to RMA anything so I cant vouch for other aspects of their service but for basic ordering theyve been great.

    Got it. On Time. Seems to be okay. However, I spent 2 hours on telephone with Sony trying to order the XP Disk downgrade. I expected them with the order. Evidently you have to order after receiving the computer. A real hassle....and it may not be over as I have not received the disk yet.After receiving the computer, it promptly "crashed". I spent 3 hours on the phone with Sony Support. They finally reccomended I return the computer. I am awaiting a return authorization from Cost Central.

    CostCentral.com is an excellent business to purchase from. Their price is competitive, and their service is no-frill but right to the point. Nothing to complain.
