    Great merchant, among the best on the Web. Had best price on my item (PC power supply), accommodated and accomplished my overnight shipping request. Item as expected, arrived in good shape. Already a return customer, not always lowest prices but certainly will return again as opportunity and pricing permit. Have full confidence and comfort in J&R.

    Thanks. I prefer the website to shopping in your stores because your sales people are sometimes either pushy or completely ignorant of the products.

    The item I wanted wasnt available, the person I spoke to in customer service was very pleasant, he helped me and I still received my order within a couple of days. Great Service always at J&R.
