I was looking for a 52" Television with a surround sound system after speaking to the professional salesperson from electronics he totally hooked me up and gave me a deal so sweet it is almost as good as my barbecue ribs on a hot summer day. He told me what "he could do for me" and totally delivered on his promises.Great job Expo!I will definately shop again and refer my friends to you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY CROOKED I started out thinking this company was going to be okay, but I was wrong. I purchased a HD Samsung camcorder from them via their website. Item showed as In Stock and would ship within a couple of days. After waiting 2+ weeks and having not recieved the item as well as no emails showing the item had shipped, I called them to track it down. After multiple calls and none of the promised callbacks, I tried one more time and was told that the item was out of stock. I referred to their website saying it was and was told the website was wrong. They then told me it would be a couple more weeks and tried to talk me into something else. After posting on another ratings website, I got calls from them trying to get me to change my ratings and offering gift cards. I told them my review was honest and I wanted others to know my true experience. Now they are trying to pull that review from the other site.BAD COMPANY-STAY AWAY!!!!!!

JUST a Heads up that this company will not ship to you unless you are shipping to an address on your credit card. Makes it hard to ship to a different location than you live. Not OK.

First Time I had to dispute a charge with my credit card for non delivery when ordering something over the internet. No product and I am waiting over a month. I kept getting false promises of the speakers being shipped. They are not worth ordering from.Update*** They will call you and offer gift certificates to change your review to a positive**** I told them to stop calling me (they would call and hang up multiple times a day) There is no way I am going to change a honest review.

Electronics eXpo was the lowest price offered, so I was a bit wary. But they offered superior product information and service. They helped me track the purchase, it arrived in perfect shape, and the entire experience was excellent. I will definitely use them again!

The price did change once the item was placed in the cart. It wasnt significant, the price was still lower than others. The ordering process was straight forward. Cant say much about the product until I recieve it, which should be 7-10 days.

updated I received the TV in excellent condition. I received a call from a customer service rep after receiving the TV who apologized for the lack of electronic updates. I want to stress that the TV came looking brand new with no dead pixels, and I received the TV when I expected to receive it. It shipped exactly when they said it would, and when speaking with them, they knew exactly where my order was at all times. The rep stressed that they were aware of the online update issue and were working on it. If I order from them again, I am confident that they will handle the order as promised.

I would not buy anything from Electronic Expo as their customer service is very poor. On the website they have not mentioned that the TIVO needs activation, and when I tried to return it, they refused to accept it. Giving excuses that its been opened.Bad business intentions from start.Customer service called and made amends and also apologized for earlier problems. Product will be sent back with re-stocking fee being charged.
