    Order placed July 30, 2008. Immediately after order e-mail received, got 2nd e-mail promising 4-7 days to be shipped. Phone message unanswered, as have been 3 e-mails. August 17, 2008 and STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR MY ORDER!!!

    Ordering on-line appeared to be straight-forward and well guided by the on-line screens and information. Prices are very competitive. Shipping rates are reasonable. If the product arrives in new condition as ordered and in a reasonable time this site will be in my web favorites for future purchases.

    Orignal order shipped as scheduled. The item failed a year later. It took me 4 emails, 1 phone call and 21 days to get a replacement. It failed 5 months later. After 3 emails and 15 days, i received a replacement which was defective. As of today, 3 emails, 1 phone call and 12 days in their warehouse, I cannot get a respopnse as to when I will get my replacement. This company has no customer relations at all. I would not reccomend anyone buying from them. They will not honor their warranty unless bugged constantly for several weeks.

    Ive ordered "in-stock" item. Then after a day Ive received "Will be shipped in 4-7 days." When inquired it took several days to respond (10 days from the order date) to inform me that item is not available. Far from "we will try to respond wihtin 24 hours" on their web page. Mind you when I got "will be shipped in 4-7 days email their web site still showed "in-stock" item. If you dont REALLY stock items then dont advertise as such.

    DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. They Blatently Lie to you on the telephone! They Never answer their phone after placing the order. They only have an answer machine and do not contact you back after repeatedly leaving messages on phone and e-mail. They dont make good on their order. They overcharge you for shipping. Extremely disapointed.

    Ordered on 19 December, gift wrapped. Credit card was charged before Christmas. In january they claimed it would be shipped "soon." It never arrived. Finally, February 19th, after several unanswered inquiries, they admitted the product was still backordered and offered to reinstate my order! I asked for my money back, but have yet to get a response on that. They are still advertising this 4GB 150x SD card. Beware.
