I had a pathetic experience with buy.com. I order a stuff after 7 days status shown as delivered. Matter of fact, it never got dropped in my apartment frontdesk office, where people are available all the time. Utimately parcel never reached me for which i am charged.After asking refund from support, it was declined saying you should be available at home - BUT can delivery be completed without dropping the parcel????NO PARCEL, NO REFUND - Im in utter LOSS. Wont suggest anyone to purchase from them, where there is no proper investigation & you have to bear the loss for no reason!

I would have to be desperate to ever order from them again. I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend.They still havent even shipped my order that I placed on July 2nd. (6 business days) I use to think this was a great company to deal with but not anymore. I can only speculate that they are understaffed and employees are grossly underpaid.

If there is a FREE SHIPPING ICON, it should be FREE SHIPPING to places like Hawaii and Alaska as well. It is DECEIVING. Shipping prices DO affect decision making in terms of purchase with a merchant.

The item qualified for free shipping but upon purchase there was a 6.73 shipping charge. I quess the free shipping did not apply since I was using a $10 off coupon. Disappointing

I ordered a Corsair power supply for what appeared to be $70 off. I called the sales dept and spoke with someone who assured me the item was in stock for the advertised price. Needless to say, I placed the order and 4 days later it had not shipped. Numerous calls to their worthless off-shore customer service line proved to me that I was getting played. They said they would escalate the issue and have someone contact me in 1-2 business days. THREE days later, they offered to escalate it again... what, again!? I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told he was busy and would return my call... yeah right, never happened. Two days later, I get an email stating that they have canceled the order due to the unavailability of the item (even though it was back in stock on the site) and that a refund will be given in 2-3 business days. This is the fourth day and I have yet to see any indication of a refund! STAY AWAY from Buy.com. Worst retailer Ive ever dealt with.

I purchased $150 motherboard for my new computer and I dont consider this cheap item, so I expected some respect from Buy.com in shipping the product, especially because this is computer hardware and require careful handling. First, the box arrived half open. No it was not accidentally opened in transit. I can clearly see that it was not properly taped to begin with. Only one half of the top of box was taped to a box walls. It was a pure luck the item was still in the box and didnt fall out.Second, the shipping box was 3 times bigger than the item and my new motherboard was moving freely inside the box hitting the box walls. The motherboard retail box was all damaged and accessories inside the box were everywhere.The worst part is that I dont know if motherboard itself was damaged until I assemble my new PC which will take a while. And if it is broken Ill have to disassemble it and pay shipping to get a replacement from Buy.com. Customer Service is useless. Horrible
