THE FIRST TV I RECEIVED WAS THE WRONG ITEM IT WAS MISSING THE DVD PLAYER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SENDING ME A CALL TAG I DID\T PLACE AN ORDER AT THE TIME BUT THE NEXT DAY I WENT BACK TO PC\S SITE AND SHOPPED AGAIN THE SITE IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE SHIPPING TIME AND FREE SHIPPING IS GREAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SHOP I\LL BE DOING MORE SHOPPING HERE

PC Connection is very well laid out. The hannspree monitors were shady with the rebates but I figured I\d give the sire another tr with this great deal.

I order a product that was in stock. They called me 2 days later to check my phone and my info, asked them just in case if they had the product, and they said yes. One week after that the product was not arriving and in when I check the order online it said it was back ordered. Nobody called me to tell me so. These guys doesnt care about wasting peoples time.

All is well. Would have preferred an estimate on delivery date, not just when it will ship. Also a way to track.
