Extremely weak internet shop with no way to control your order.They changed the order over the phone and they havent sent me a confirmation and new item description and new price.The customer service was very friendly but they havent sent me the list of items which I have requested via e-mail.Regarding the shipping the package was shipped with incomplete address info (I put address 2 info into the shipping address) and the 4 days delay was caused that dbuys didnt respond to e-mail info about wrong address.

Anxious to receive my order and make sure that I get what it says.Received my order and the xD card for Olympus was not included. They sent a fujifilm card instead and it does not work with the panaromic mode on the camera. I was told that it would be Olympus. when I called regarding the wrong xD card, they said " we do not have Olympus cards". Too bad when you sell Olympus.

So far your services very good and helpfull, still some reservation because items purchased still in transit, have to see it first. Not included the additional five years warranty, what was included in the package the Sony one year limited warranty.

I ordered a Sony DSC-T100 camera, which are very rare as they were were very highly rated and discontinued about nine months ago. I received a grey market version. When I called Customer Service and spoke with Alex, he apologized, and offered to ship me a U.S. version ASAP. However, when he investigated further, he found out that there were no U.S. models available (which I was not surprised to hear) and that was the reason the grey market camera was sent. He immediately offered to take the camera back (which I did not want to do because if you are a camera person, you know about the T-100) or if I wanted to keep it, he offered to provide me a 5-year parts/labor contract for free. The service contract effectively made the camera equal or better that a U.S. model would have been. Alex was extremely courteous, as were others at Dbuys.My advise -- treat people as you would like them to treat you - and in Dbuys case, that works!
