Product came as ordered very quickly. Although I had an issue with an accessory being shipped that was not as expected, they personally contacted me and bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy. They even exchanged the product I thought I was getting with the product with which I wasnt pleased. Great customer service and timely shipment.

THE ORDER PROCESS WAS VERY SIMPLE. I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED AND @ THE BEST PRICE. THEY EVEN CALLED TO CONFIRM THE ORDER. I WILL ABSOLUTLY ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM. THIS WAS MY SECOND ORDER FROM THEM, AND ONCE AGAIN I WAS VERY SATISFIED.

Placed an order for a SAMSUNG LN-46A550 LCD TV on June 1st. Spoke with Mike on the phone who sold me the 4-yr warranty as it would also upgrade me to the Expedited (With Tracking)3-7 Days.On June 12th, after calling them a few times as I still had not received a tracking number, they told me that there had been a mistake and it had never been shipped from the other warehouse. They had not originally shipped it out of the New York warehouse as they wanted to get it to Texas as fast as possible. Mike said he would ship it out with 2 Day Air (With Tracking) option.Gave me the option to opt out of the 4 year warranty. Kept the warranty and he threw in an HDMI cable.Got a FedEX tracking number for not the actual TV delivery but for the HDMI cable. The TV was delivered by BAX Global from a different vendor not ClickForDigital (never received a tracking number) and got a call on the morning of delivery June 18th. 2.5 STARS and need a lot of PATIENCE

The ordering process was very simple and I received regular email updates and telephone contact on the status of my order. The product was received within the timeframe promised and it was very well packaged and received without any damage. I had a very short timeframe for receipt of the product and the company met that timeframe. I would order from his company again without hesitation and would recommend it to friends. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process.

I ordered a Sony HDR-SR11 HD Camcorder from Click 4 Digital with 3-7 day expedited shipping. Within 2 days my new camcorder arrived. It was new and sealed in the box as promised. I am glad I chose this vendor because they did a great job.

Ordered a 46" Samsung LN46A650 on 4/23/08. So far pretty smooth. I received a call on 4/23 (the morning after the order), ostensibly to confirm shipping address is the same as billing. I got the usual attempt at up selling on warranty, shipping, cables, etc. Not high pressure or impolite so I didnt mind. I remained with the 10-14 day free shipping option, and my credit card was billed the same day and at the agreed amount of $1,757. So far, the only really unsettling things are that they provide no tracking or shipment notification. I guess this is the first place I have done business with that doesnt send out shipment notifications. But, nonetheless, if the package arrives in 10-14 BUSINESS days (Which translates in this case to 15 - 21 CALENDAR days and puts it at between July 8 and July 14th), UPDATE: 17 July and still no TV, email, or call. 24 calendar days and WAY outside the website-stated delivery window. C4D, where is my TV? Ill wait 1 more week, then call VISA.

On 3/21/08 we ordered a Sony Bravia TV and paid for it with our Visa. On 4/24/08, TV was finally delivered to us via Fed Ex. We inspected the TV while the Fed Ex guy waited. Upon discovering that the TV was damaged, we refused the delivery and Fed Ex put the TV back on their truck to send back to CFD.Fed Ex noted this on their tracking computer and returned the damaged TV to CFD. CFD received this TV on May 1st, and also received a damage refund from Fed Ex. So, now this TV has been paid for twice! This is all documented on the Fed Ex tracking report.Since they were not able to deliver another TV just like this one to us, we canceled our order on 5/7/08. CFD said they would refund our full amount immediately.It has been over 30 days and still no refund. UPDATE: June 26,2008 refund finally showed up. Can only revise the rating to 3 stars because of the time it took to get refund.

There was a misunderstanding on my address information and the matter has been resolved and the service I have received is very satisfactory. I will buy from them again and will advise others to use them as well.
