    The order was not processed until I spoke to someone on the phone and I was lied to about the shipping. I was led to believe that the item was coming from the Midwest and would take over a week to arrive and that it would be bouncing around on a truck. I was pressured into buying expedited shipping and an extended warrantee. When it arrived I saw it was shipped from NJ.

    I would have appreciated a page showing the address and credit card information I had entered to be displayed before finalizing my order so that I could go back and make any changes if needed. The order was finalized as soon as I entered the information and clicked Checkout. Luckily the information I had entered was correct.

    Since this was my first large purchase priced item over the Internet, I had some concern, but the entire transaction, including the shipping and delivery, went off without a hitch. I was equally amazed at the the rapid delivery, particularly for a 46" plasma TV. The order was placed om Jun 2nd, it was shipped on Jun 4th, and I received it on June 9th in perfect shape. What more could anyone ask, thanks to Butterfly Photo.
